Originally established in 1976 and incorporated into NIFAST Corporation in 1981, Indiana Bolt & Nut (IBN) has established a diverse customer base and provides services to many different industries. IBN is a Tier 1 and Tier 2 supplier to the U.S. and Japanese-transplant automotive industries as well as a direct supplier to various domestic OEMs in the power equipment and electrical industries. IBN also serves as a stocking distributor of standard fasteners that are used by many domestic manufacturers.

A computerized inventory control system ensures the accuracy and traceability of all on-hand stock and provides immediate access to every item in inventory. The system is also capable of supporting a wide range of customer needs with the following value-added services:
